Introduction - Thanks you for reading and agreeing to our terms and conditions, as your use of this website signifies your acceptance of these terms.
Product - Each piece of our jewellery is lovingly hand made with natural precious and semi precious stones – it is therefore difficult for us to duplicate exactly the items you see on screen. However we do endeavour to match stones as closely as possible to the image you see.
Prices – all prices are in pounds sterling
Order of Purchase – all orders are subject to stock availability and payment clearance. With regard to ring sizes, should your size not be in stock there maybe a delay in delivery. In this event we shall contact you with anticipated delivery lead times. In the exceptional event that we cannot honour an order we will reaccredit your credit card with the original amount and you will be notified by email.
Delivery – Uk delivery costs £5.00, European delivery £12 per package and Rest of the World £15. We will aim to send all items by insured delivery within 7 – 10 days. Deliveries outside the UK may take slightly longer. Whilst every attempt is made to ensure that deadlines are met, occasionally delays will occur due to unforeseen circumstances. RC shall be under no liability for these delays or for failure to deliver within the stated time frames. We shall inform you by email in the event of such circumstances. Due to security all our deliveries will require a signature upon receipt. RC except no responsibility for someone signing for your delivery without your permission. Each item becomes your responsibility upon receipt of delivery.
Returns – Should you not be entirely delighted with your item – please return within 10 Days. Items will only be accepted in their original condition, accompanied by the packaging and invoice. Returns outside of the pre stated timescale will not be accepted. A refund will be processed once the piece has been examined to ensure it is in its original condition. In any of these events please inform us by email @ customerservice@rockscouture.co.uk include your phone number. Please return your item to Rocks Couture @ The Studio 30 Dulwich Village London SE21 7AL. Please return all goods via secure delivery. RC will not take responsibility for returns without proof of secure transit. Provided the item is successfully returned in its original condition we will aim to refund you within 10 days of receipt. Unfortunately RC cannot refund your postage costs.
Secure payment – RC uses paypal to process all debit, credit and charge card payments. For more information please visit paypals website @ www.paypal.com.
Privacy Statement – We are committed to protecting your privacy, we will only use the information that we collect about you lawfully (in accordance with the Data Protection Act 1998). We collect information about you for two reasons, firstly, to process your order and secondly, to provide you with the best possible service. The type of information we collect about you includes your name, address, telephone number and email. We will not give your information to any other third party organisations. We may use the information to contact you about any further promotions and special offers that we hold in the future.
Legal Goverance – Your use of this site and any contract with RC for the sale of products shall be governed by the laws of Engaland and Wales and subject to the exclusive durisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
